Victor Stewarts, a dynamic Broadstairs estate agency, needed a marketing drive after a quiet period.
Victor Stewarts considered using Dor-2-Dor as a service, and the possibility of leaflet drops advertising the company to the Broadstairs and Thanet areas of Kent. The aim was to try and reach prospective buyers and sellers of property in the area.
The difficult part was the competition. Estate agents exist within a very competitive industry, and it is hard to attract attention and build marketing momentum. Drew Bennett was the local Dor-2-Dor franchisee and he discussed this competitive industry at length with Victor Stewart’s representatives.
And so a plan was formed…
Dor-2-Dor decided that the best way to proceed and make an impact on the estate agent market was to plan and implement 3 separate leaflet drops. By building up the drops over 3 separate occasions, it was felt that awareness would be developed steadily, and branding would be created.
The plan worked extremely well. After the first leaflet drop of 10,000, Victor Stewarts received a number of leads, and even a sale as a direct result. The second drop in the Broadstairs area is expected to bring even more leads and hopefully sales. A third drop is pending.
The aim was to build awareness among potential buyers and sellers, and the sheer number of leads (not to mention the property sale) is evidence that the awareness was created.
Speaking for Victor Mews, Steve Cleaver had this to say about the service received from Dor-2-Dor:
“The whole package with Dor-2-Dor is comprehensive and competitively priced, from designing the leaflets through to printing and distributing them. Drew Bennett is very easy to deal with and has a good deal of enthusiasm for the task in hand. It is safe to say he is definitely on the ball! We will continue to deal with Dor-2-Dor for the foreseeable future. The distribution costs were nicely covered by the property sale which resulted from it, and I am looking forward to seeing the results from the third distribution we have planned!”
