Given the choice there are many ways we would wish to spend our time other than visiting the dentist, despite it being an important investment in maintaining our health. Those of us who have conquered our childhood fears often still feel trepidation, when we sit in the waiting room and when we sit in the dentists’ chair; knowing that once the chair reclines there is no going back, as we wait to have our dental fate determined.
Queen Square Dental Clinic in Bristol had bold objectives when they opened for business four years ago: to change perception, reduce apprehension and create a positive and relaxed visitor experience. Practice Manager Glenda explains:
“The moment people walked through our doors we wanted them to feel as if they had come into a friend’s home for a cup of tea. Our focus was to engender an atmosphere of calm and relaxation using music and natural surroundings.”
Creating an environment of relaxed reassurance… The Clinic prides itself in being at the forefront of 21st century dentistry, by providing outstanding routine care and the very latest in innovative cosmetic and restorative procedures. Having decided that they wanted to promote their ethos and specialist services as directly as possible to the public, they enlisted the expertise of Gary Hardwell. Gary had being running the DOR-2-DOR Bristol office for several years and had considerable experience of marketing in their locality and building awareness for numerous local businesses.
