It is very useful to communicate by e-mail instead of phone calls as more often than not it is only after working hours that I have time to catch up.
In addition to this I would like to add that I am 110% pleased with the service, Cannot fault the service but a discount would be nice!! All of our work is paid for by us NOT the Tory party. So Councillors like me have to meet the costs.
