According to Nick Sheehan, experienced personal fitness coach and owner manager of the Energie Fitness Club in Linslade, Bedfordshire, its making their members feel special. Delivering great service that yields results – helping their members achieve their personal fitness goals, and the associated health benefits of increased energy and general well-being. In Nick’s words “We help people get there, our induction programme is six weeks, not two hours. We like to be in-depth and personal, so our members get to know us and feel supported.” This philosophy has enabled the Energie fitness club group to go from strength to strength, and rapidly expand their fitness centres across the United Kingdom.
Prior to taking on Energie Linslade, Nick had managed a sister club in St Albans, and used DOR-2-DOR to help market the business there. When he took over the running of the Bedfordshire business from Head Office, DOR-2-DOR were the natural choice for a marketing partner. The aim was to take the club forward and increase membership. Nick first commissioned Ralph and Elaine Rutland Smith from DOR-2-DOR Aylesbury in February 2011 to provide door drop marketing expertise and he has been pleased with the results.
