When you are juggling demanding jobs, hectic social lives and domestic chores it can be a challenge to find time ‘for you’, time to relax, to reflect and do the things that you enjoy and that makes life worthwhile.
‘Time for You’ domestic cleaning operative came into being, to provide reliable, affordable and trustworthy cleaners to free up single professionals and busy parents, In fact anyone who, for whatever reason chooses not to do the housework.

Since about 2000 the success of the nationwide franchise has been due to price, performance and customer service. The company prides itself on being cost effective and being able to provide a service which is second to none. The cleaners are self employed and work on a contract basis. Clients are asked to provide their desired cleaning materials.

Cheryl McCarthy took over the Cardiff franchise in 2003 and in just two years her business has grown to be one of the top ten franchises in the country. This is the result of hard work and delighted clients’ strong recommendations. Then early in 2005 with regular 250 clients being looked after she was an excellent position to move forward.

Cheryl relied on leaflet distribution as her main method of new business generation but she had difficulties finding a reliable supplier. Then she heard of DOR-2-DOR through her franchisee network. The only problem was DOR-2-DOR was not operating at the time in her area, that is until husband Martin stepped in. If something’s worth doing it’s worth doing yourself…In May 2005 Martin McCarthy became the newest member of the DOR-2-DOR taking over part of Cardiff. Using the DOR-2-DOR system, between five and ten thousand colourful leaflets were distributed on a monthly basis in affluent areas of Cardiff and surround.

The result
The response was very good. At the start of the campaign Cheryl had 260 clients and after the concerted direct marketing exercise this has risen to over 300.
