When new residential estate agency Phillips & Still opened its doors in the centre of Brighton and Hove, it wanted to start on a high note.
They were keen to make sure that as many people as possible heard about them and they decided that the best way was to spread the word through direct marketing.
Phillips & Still chose to work with Dor-2-Dor on a large drop of 30,000 leaflets to homes in and around Brighton. The leaflet distribution was the first step in their long-term marketing strategy and they were delighted that it not only helped to raise awareness about their business, but it led to new business, as well.

After designing and printing their own leaflets, Dor-2-Dor distributed them around specific key areas in the locality and many people told Phillips & Still that they had received a leaflet. The agency also received several telephone enquiries as a direct result of the distribution and, furthermore, they received several new leads and four new instructions too!
Chris Still went on to say,
