Seaways Fish and Chip shop had already established itself as a first class provider of quality food after trading in Cheshunt for six years.

To capitalise on their success, they decided to open a new shop in the Hertfordshire village of Stanstead Abbotts some ten miles north of their Cheshunt shop.

Although they had built up a well-deserved reputation serving the people of Cheshunt with first class fish and chips from their original shop, Seaways knew they would be starting again in their new marketplace.

And they were aware they would need some expert advice in establishing their brand in Stanstead Abbotts.

Having previously used Dor-2-Dor to publicise their Cheshunt shop successfully, Rob Moretto, a director of Seaways decided to call on their services again to help launch their new adventure.

Dor-2-Dor designed and printed 4,000 A5 leaflets and distributed them in and around the Stanstead Abbotts area. The result of this small but well-targeted leaflet distribution has successfully established Seaway’s new fish and chip shop in their new location.

Rob Moretto-director of Seaways Fish and Chip shop reports:
“I ran two campaigns with Dor-2-Dor, one for our Cheshunt shop and another to publicise the opening of our new shop in Stanstead Abbotts and I am very happy with the response we received on both campaigns.

I am also pleased with the service I received from Dor-2-Dor; Michael kept me informed of the progress on both drops.

A very good company to deal with and I would use them again.”

The aim of the second door drop in the village of Stanstead Abbotts was to raise awareness of the Seaways brand, to build up a reputation of quality catering and a strong customer base. It has successfully achieved all this and more.
