Bloxham and Barlow have grown to be one of the leading independent Estate Agents in the Somerset Town of Weston-super-Mare since opening in 1995.
Although they are justifiably proud of this achievement, they are not a company to rest on their laurels.
To maintain this momentum, they decided to call in some help from people who had a knowledge of their area and experience in letterbox marketing to help them raise their brand awareness and to collect more customers.
The experts they chose to help take their agency to the next level were Dor-2-Dor.
After meeting Dor-2-Dor’s representatives and explaining what they wanted to achieve, Dor-2-Dor advised them to carry out a leaflet distribution of 17,000 A5 leaflets in the North Worle area of Weston–Super-Mare.
This was to be carried out over the Christmas and New Year period of 2015/2016. In some quarters, this may have been thought a risky time for such a campaign, as there is little interest in the housing market during these months.
However, the campaign has proved to be highly successful with new enquiries still coming in well after the leaflet campaign finished, and Bloxham and Barlow are very pleased with the way Dor-2-Dor worked.

The aim of the leaflet distribution campaign was to increase the agency’s profile even higher than it has been and to collect more clients. It would appear it has had that effect.
